- Perform Electrocardiograms (EKG) on patients accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in EKG procedures and techniques.
- Ensure proper patient preparation and positioning for EKG procedures.
- Monitor and assess patient vital signs during EKG procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during EKG procedures.
- Document and maintain accurate records of EKG results.

- Maintain and calibrate EKG equipment as needed.

Certification: A Minimum Of A Certified Ekg Technician (Cet) Certification From A Recognized Organization, Such As The National Healthcareer Association (Nha), Is Required For This Position.
Education: A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required, Along With Completion Of An Accredited Ekg Technician Training Program.
Experience: A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As An Ekg Technician, With Experience In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting Preferred.
Technical Skills: The Ekg Technician Ii Must Possess A Strong Understanding Of Ekg Machines And Other Cardiac Equipment, As Well As Proficiency In Interpreting And Recording Ekg Results.
Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Position Requires Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Healthcare Professionals, And Other Team Members. The Ability To Provide Clear And Accurate Information And Instructions To Patients Is Crucial.
