  1. Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services to our members.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization, including but not limited to budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies.
  4. Collaborate with internal departments, such as finance and human resources, to ensure alignment and consistency in operations.
  5. Monitor industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to inform and update operational strategies.
  6. Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and systems, and develop and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  7. Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  8. Develop and maintain performance metrics to track the success of operational strategies and make necessary adjustments as needed.
  9. Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all operational activities.
  10. Represent the organization in external meetings, conferences, and events to promote our mission and foster partnerships.
  11. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on operational performance and progress towards goals.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Operations, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Demonstrated Ability To Build And Maintain External Networks.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Optimizing Operations In A Fast-Paced And Complex Environment.
