- Manage and oversee the Durable Medical Equipment benefit process for Kaiser Permanente, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of equipment to patients
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and vendors to ensure proper documentation and authorization for durable medical equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing any inquiries or issues related to their durable medical equipment benefits
- Stay up-to-date on insurance policies and regulations related to durable medical equipment benefits to ensure compliance and accuracy in the process
- Train and supervise a team of Durable Medical Equipment Benefit Coordinators to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Durable Medical Equipment (Dme) Or Benefits Coordination.
Strong Understanding Of Medicare And Medicaid Regulations And Guidelines Related To Dme Coverage.
Experience With Managing A Team And Coordinating Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments, Insurance Companies, And External Vendors.
