Director, Treasury, Pensions and Investments

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Director, Treasury, Pensions and Investments to join the Kaiser Permanente team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies related to treasury, pensions, and investments, in order to maximize the organization’s return on investments and manage risk. You will be a key contributor to the strategic direction of the organization and will work closely with senior executives and the investment team to develop and execute these strategies.The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented and strategic thinker who is able to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines. They should have excellent communication and analytical skills, and knowledge of pension, treasury, and investment principles. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies related to treasury, pensions, and investments to maximize the organization's return on investments and manage risk.
2. Work closely with senior executives and the investment team to develop and execute strategies.
3. Monitor investment performance and provide analysis and recommendations to team members and senior executives.
4. Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
5. Prepare and present reports to senior executives on investment activities.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pension, treasury, and investment principles.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends and new investment opportunities.
