Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team at Kaiser Permanente. This is a vital role that will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract, hire, and onboard qualified individuals in a cost-effective and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, strong business acumen, and an ability to work collaboratively and effectively with senior leaders. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement an effective talent acquisition strategy that meets the company’s objectives
  2. Source and recruit qualified candidates for open positions in a timely and cost-effective manner
  3. Create and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs
  4. Utilize a variety of recruiting tools such as job boards, social media, and other online resources to attract top talent
  5. Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential candidates for future roles
  6. Review and evaluate job applications, resumes, and other materials to determine candidate qualifications
  7. Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition professionals
  8. Design and deliver onboarding and orientation programs
  9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  10. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement

Job Qualifications
