  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the organization.
  2. Identify potential risks to the organization and develop plans to mitigate or eliminate them.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and audits to evaluate potential hazards and vulnerabilities.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify potential risks and implement risk mitigation plans.
  5. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and potential areas of risk.
  6. Develop and implement training programs for staff to increase risk management awareness and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in risk management.
  8. Communicate with senior leadership to provide updates on risk management initiatives and potential risks.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies to stay informed about potential risks that may impact the organization.
  10. Oversee the investigation of incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  11. Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures.
  12. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to risk management.
  13. Manage and allocate resources effectively to support risk management initiatives.
  14. Build and lead a team of risk management professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  15. Serve as a liaison between the organization and insurance providers to manage risk and ensure proper coverage.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Healthcare Risk Management.

  • Knowledge And Experience In Developing And Implementing Risk Management Strategies And Policies.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Risk Management Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Departments Within The Organization.
