  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for risk adjustment programs, in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of Kaiser Permanente.
  2. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of risk adjustment programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  3. Monitor and analyze program performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to optimize program outcomes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and clinical departments, to ensure effective program implementation and integration.
  5. Provide leadership and direction to a team of risk adjustment program managers, coaches, and other staff members.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as vendors and regulatory agencies, to support program goals and objectives.
  7. Communicate program updates and progress to senior leadership, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
  8. Develop and manage program budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses, to ensure efficient use of resources.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulatory requirements related to risk adjustment programs, and ensure compliance with all applicable guidelines.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the risk adjustment program, promoting innovation and seeking out new opportunities to enhance program effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Risk Adjustment Program Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Policies, Particularly Related To Risk Adjustment.

  • Experience Managing And Leading A Team, With A Track Record Of Developing And Mentoring Staff.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Implement Process Improvements.
