- Develop and implement strategic plans for risk adjustment programs, in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of Kaiser Permanente.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of risk adjustment programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor and analyze program performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to optimize program outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and clinical departments, to ensure effective program implementation and integration.
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of risk adjustment program managers, coaches, and other staff members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as vendors and regulatory agencies, to support program goals and objectives.
- Communicate program updates and progress to senior leadership, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
- Develop and manage program budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses, to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulatory requirements related to risk adjustment programs, and ensure compliance with all applicable guidelines.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the risk adjustment program, promoting innovation and seeking out new opportunities to enhance program effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Risk Adjustment Program Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Policies, Particularly Related To Risk Adjustment.
Experience Managing And Leading A Team, With A Track Record Of Developing And Mentoring Staff.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Implement Process Improvements.
