  1. Develop and implement a strategic vision for quality improvement across the organization.
  2. Create and maintain quality improvement initiatives and programs that align with industry standards and best practices.
  3. Lead and manage a team of quality improvement professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  5. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in patient outcomes and care delivery.
  6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by promoting a mindset of learning, accountability, and collaboration.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to quality improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, staff, and patients, to support quality improvement efforts.
  9. Develop and manage the quality improvement budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize impact and efficiency.
  10. Communicate progress and outcomes of quality improvement initiatives to leadership and other stakeholders.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in quality improvement to inform and enhance our practices.
  12. Participate in quality improvement committees and workgroups to share best practices and drive system-wide improvements.
  13. Develop and implement strategies to engage and empower patients in their own care and promote patient-centeredness.
  14. Provide training and education to staff on quality improvement methods and tools.
  15. Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Healthcare Organization, With A Focus On Quality Improvement.

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Assurance And Performance Improvement Principles, Methodologies, And Tools.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Accreditation Standards, Such As Cms And Ncqa.

  • Excellent Communication, Collaboration, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Drive Change And Implement Quality Improvement Initiatives Across Multiple Departments And Teams.
