  1. Lead and develop a team of nurses to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement strategies for improving patient care and services.
  3. Promote a culture of excellence and innovation by implementing best practices and staying up-to-date with industry advancements.
  4. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the nursing department, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards related to nursing services.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and their feedback is considered.
  7. Develop and implement training and professional development programs for nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  8. Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices to drive positive change.
  9. Act as a liaison between the nursing department and other departments within the organization, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and healthcare policies to inform decision-making and maintain high standards of care.
  11. Serve as a mentor and role model for nursing staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  12. Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new nursing staff.
  13. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all nursing staff by enforcing safety protocols and addressing any concerns or issues.
  14. Represent the organization at conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to promote the nursing department and foster partnerships.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field

  • Current And Unrestricted Rn License In The State Of Employment

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Nursing Leadership Or Management, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations, Policies, And Procedures, Including Joint Commission And Cms Requirements

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Maintain Relationships With Staff, Patients, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
