- Oversee all aspects of food and nutrition services at Kaiser Permanente facilities.
- Develop and implement nutrition programs and initiatives that promote healthy living and support the overall mission of Kaiser Permanente.
- Lead and manage a team of food and nutrition professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, nutritious meals to patients and staff, following all safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized nutrition plans for patients.
- Monitor and analyze food and nutrition service data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
- Develop and manage budgets for food and nutrition services, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in nutrition science, incorporating new information into programs and services.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements related to food and nutrition services.
- Represent Kaiser Permanente and food and nutrition services in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Service Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Food Service Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Registered Dietitian (Rd) Or Certified Dietary Manager (Cdm) Certification.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Large Team.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements Related To Food And Nutrition Services.
