Responsibilities:

• Provide nutrition assessment, counseling, and education to patients

• Prepare and coordinate meals for patients in accordance with their dietary needs

• Develop individualized meal plans for patients based on their nutritional needs and preferences

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress on meal plans

• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and dietary plans

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including doctors, nurses, and dietitians to ensure best nutritional practices

• Research and recommend nutritional products and services

• Educate patients and their families about healthy eating habits and nutrition-related topics

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest in dietary research and trends

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
