  1. Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify developmental needs and concerns of patients and their families.
  2. Provide individual and group therapy to patients of all ages, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
  4. Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  5. Serve as a resource for patients and their families, providing education and support regarding developmental milestones and challenges.
  6. Conduct research and stay current with developments in the field of developmental psychology.
  7. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
  9. Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  10. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical guidelines.
  11. Advocate for the well-being and growth of patients and their families within the healthcare system.
  12. Attend and actively participate in team meetings, case conferences, and other relevant meetings.
  13. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and provide a holistic approach to patient treatment.
  14. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  15. Demonstrate cultural competency and sensitivity in all interactions with patients and their families.
  16. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • A Doctoral Degree (Phd Or Psyd) In Developmental Psychology Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Child And/Or Adolescent Development.

  • Previous Experience Conducting Research And Applying Developmental Theories To Clinical Practice, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Developmental Milestones And The Ability To Assess And Diagnose Developmental Delays Or Disorders In Children And Adolescents.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Effectively Communicate Assessment Findings And Treatment Plans To Patients And Their Families.

  • Current Licensure As A Psychologist In The State Of Practice, With A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Post-Licensure Experience In A Clinical Setting.
