  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance the healthcare experience for members.
  2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality work.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
  4. Utilize design thinking methodologies to create user-centered solutions that meet the needs of our members.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and actively seek feedback to continuously improve our offerings.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and proactively incorporate them into our design and delivery processes.
  7. Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and effectively communicate progress and any potential roadblocks to stakeholders.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on design and delivery processes, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  9. Collaborate with internal and external partners to source and manage necessary resources for project execution.
  10. Follow Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  11. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our solutions and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
  12. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture by actively participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge and expertise, and supporting team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Or Human Resources.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Instructional Design, Training Development, And Facilitation.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Subject Matter Experts.

  • Experience Working In A Healthcare Or Medical Setting, With Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Proficiency In Instructional Design Software And Technology, Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, And Learning Management Systems.
