  1. Perform thorough dental cleanings and assessments to promote optimal oral health for patients.
  2. Educate and advise patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care.
  3. Administer local anesthetics and fluoride treatments as needed.
  4. Take and develop dental x-rays.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  6. Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.
  7. Monitor and report any changes or concerns in patients' oral health.
  8. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
  9. Continuously stay updated on current dental hygiene practices and techniques.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to patients and ensure their comfort during procedures.
  11. Assist in scheduling and managing patient appointments.
  12. Maintain and manage dental equipment and supplies.
  13. Adhere to Kaiser Permanente's standards and policies.
  14. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective clinic operations.
  15. Act as a positive ambassador for Kaiser Permanente and represent our commitment to high-quality care.

Job Qualifications
  • Cpr Certification.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Dental Hygiene Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Dental Hygienist In A Clinical Setting.

  • Current State License To Practice As A Dental Hygienist.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Educate And Interact Effectively With Patients And Co-Workers.
