  1. Develop and maintain data reporting and analytics strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Utilize various data sources and tools to collect, organize, and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
  3. Create and deliver high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations that effectively communicate data findings and drive decision-making.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  5. Identify trends and patterns in data to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  6. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analytics efforts.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data reporting and analytics to continuously improve processes and techniques.
  8. Train and educate team members on data analysis and reporting tools and techniques to promote a data-driven culture within the organization.
  9. Work closely with IT and data management teams to ensure data security and compliance with privacy regulations.
  10. Participate in special projects and initiatives that require data analysis and reporting support.
  11. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand their data needs and provide timely and accurate reports and analysis.
  12. Develop and maintain documentation for data reporting and analytics processes, procedures, and standards.
  13. Provide support and troubleshooting assistance for data reporting and analytics tools and platforms.
  14. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources for data reporting and analytics initiatives.
  15. Continuously assess and improve data reporting and analytics processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Statistics, Mathematics, Or Computer Science.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Sql, Tableau, And Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data Findings To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Experience With Healthcare Data And Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements, Such As Hipaa And Hedis, Is Preferred.
