As a consultant in this role, you will play a critical role in analyzing and reporting on data to support decision-making processes and improve the overall performance of our organization.   1. Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns in our healthcare data.
  2. Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards to track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
  4. Create and maintain data models to support data reporting and analysis.
  5. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
  6. Identify areas for improvement in data collection and reporting processes and make recommendations for enhancements.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data reporting and analytics.
  8. Communicate complex data findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives and department heads.
  9. Train and support end-users on how to effectively use data reports and dashboards.
  10. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to improve data infrastructure and systems to support data analysis and reporting.
  12. Develop and maintain documentation for data reporting and analytics processes and procedures.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
  14. Stay compliant with all relevant regulations and laws related to data reporting and analytics.
  15. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data reporting and analytics.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In Data Reporting And Analytics, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Proficiency In Data Visualization And Reporting Tools Such As Tableau, Power Bi, Or Qlik.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Extract Insights From Complex Data Sets.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
