  8. Use statistical methods to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  9. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and security.
  10. Participate in meetings and discussions to provide data-driven insights and contribute to decision-making processes.
  11. Train and support team members on data analysis and reporting tools and techniques.
  12. Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data reports and analysis.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  14. Adhere to data privacy regulations and ensure ethical handling of sensitive data.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline data reporting and analysis processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Data Reporting And Analytics, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Sql, Tableau, And Microsoft Excel.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Data Science, Statistics, Or Business Analytics.

  • Strong Communication Skills And Ability To Present Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Data And Experience Working With Electronic Medical Records Systems.
