  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and information for reporting purposes.
  3. Develop and maintain data dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  4. Utilize data reporting tools and software to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
  5. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data reporting and analytics.
  7. Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize data reporting requirements.
  8. Develop and maintain data quality standards to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
  9. Assist in the development of data-driven strategies and action plans to improve healthcare services.
  10. Communicate complex data findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  11. Collaborate with IT and data management teams to ensure data security and compliance.
  12. Train and support team members on data reporting tools and processes.
  13. Participate in data governance meetings and contribute to data quality initiatives.
  14. Proactively identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making and provide recommendations to leadership.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Analytics, Statistics, Or Information Technology.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Data Reporting And Analytics, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Proficiency In Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data Sets.

  • Familiarity With Healthcare Data Systems And Knowledge Of Hipaa Regulations.
