  1. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making for the organization.
  2. Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights that can inform strategic decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data/reporting needs.
  4. Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
  5. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance data collection and reporting methods.
  6. Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of healthcare services.
  7. Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data reporting and analytics.
  9. Train and educate team members on data analysis and reporting tools.
  10. Adhere to data governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and security.
  11. Participate in the development and implementation of new data reporting systems and tools.
  12. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot data issues and ensure data accuracy.
  13. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of data needs.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve data reporting processes and make recommendations for enhancements.
  15. Demonstrate commitment to the organization's mission and values by promoting high-quality healthcare services and patient satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Data Reporting And Analytics, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Insurance Setting.

  • Proficiency In Sql, Python, And Other Programming Languages, As Well As Experience With Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Provide Actionable Insights.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Findings And Recommendations To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
