As a CRNA, you will play a crucial role in providing safe and effective anesthesia care to our patients during surgical procedures. - Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, anesthesia levels, and overall condition during surgery
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement appropriate anesthesia plans for each patient
- Administer medications and fluids as needed to maintain patients' stability and comfort during surgery
- Prepare and maintain anesthesia equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in proper working condition
- Educate patients and their families about anesthesia procedures and potential risks and side effects
- Document all anesthesia procedures, medications, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly
- Remain up-to-date with advancements in anesthesia techniques and technologies, and participate in ongoing education and training opportunities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
- Demonstrate a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and promoting a positive patient experience.
Graduate Degree In Nurse Anesthesia From An Accredited Program.
Current Certification As A Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (Crna).
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Hospital Or Or Surgery Center Setting.
Active And Unrestricted Rn And Aprn Licenses In The State Of Employment.
Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide High-Quality Patient Care.
