Contact Lens Clerk

We are looking for a Contact Lens Clerk to join the team at Kaiser Permanente. The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer service and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will be a key player in our Contact Lens Clinic and will provide excellent customer service while assisting customers with their contact lens needs.The successful candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in a customer service or contact lens-related role. An excellent knowledge of contact lenses and vision care products is also essential. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a friendly and professional demeanor, are also required. Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service while assisting customers with their contact lens needs.
2. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and knowledge of vision care products.
3. Communicate effectively with customers and other staff members in a friendly and professional manner.
4. Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion of duties.
5. Work well under pressure and maintain a team-oriented attitude.
6. Maintain records and documentation related to customer orders and contact lenses.
7. Ensure customer safety by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
8. Follow all HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality.
9. Monitor inventory of contact lenses and other vision care products.
10. Assist with other duties as assigned.
