As a Consultant - Member Care Experience, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing opportunities to improve the quality of service provided to our members. You will also be expected to create and execute strategies to ensure Kaiser Permanente's members receive the best possible care.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a healthcare setting. You must also have demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction. Responsibilities of a Consultant - Member Care Experience:

  1. Identify and address opportunities to improve the quality of service provided to Kaiser Permanente's members.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  3. Monitor and evaluate member feedback to determine areas of improvement.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Kaiser Permanente's members receive the best possible care.
  5. Create and execute strategies to ensure Kaiser Permanente's members receive the best possible care.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely manner.
  8. Track and report on progress and performance of customer service initiatives.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service.
  10. Establish and maintain customer service standards and procedures.
