If so, then we invite you to join our team as a Consultant - Member Care Experience at Kaiser Permanente.In this role, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to Kaiser Permanente members. You will be responsible for addressing members’ inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a courteous and professional manner. You will be the face of Kaiser Permanente and act as a steward of our brand.To be successful in this role, you must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adjust quickly to changing customer needs. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to Kaiser Permanente members.
  2. Address members’ inquiries and resolve complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  3. Act as a steward of the Kaiser Permanente brand.
  4. Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
  5. Work in a fast-paced environment and adjust quickly to changing customer needs.
  6. Maintain knowledge of Kaiser Permanente products and services.
  7. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  8. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to management.
