
Consultant - Member Care Experience

You will be the face of Kaiser Permanente and act as a steward of our brand.To be successful in this role, you must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adjust quickly to changing customer needs. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Kaiser Permanente members.
