Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Consultant - Member Care Experience to join Kaiser Permanente's team and help drive excellence in our member care experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a proven track record of delivering outstanding member care.This role requires a unique combination of excellent customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and an unwavering commitment to delivering a positive member care experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve the member care experience.
  2. Monitor customer service performance metrics and take corrective action as necessary.
  3. Respond to inquiries and complaints from members in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
  4. Identify opportunities to improve the customer service process and implement solutions.
  5. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with members.
  6. Provide support and guidance to team members to help ensure a positive member care experience.
  7. Train team members on customer service best practices and standards.
  8. Utilize customer feedback to inform improvements and changes to member care processes.
  9. Monitor customer service trends and provide insights to the team.
  10. Stay up to date with industry standards and regulations related to member care.
