Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Consultant - Member Care Experience to join the Kaiser Permanente team and provide our members with the best possible care experience. The ideal candidate will have the ability to think critically and strategically, and to apply their expertise in order to assess our current member care experience and to recommend and implement changes to improve it.The successful candidate should have a strong customer service focus, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of successful leadership in a healthcare setting. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of relevant experience is required.At Kaiser Permanente, we are committed to providing our members with the highest quality care experience possible. Responsibilities:

  1. Assess current member care experience and recommend and implement changes to improve it.
  2. Provide customer service to members and ensure their satisfaction.
  3. Develop strategies and initiatives to improve the care experience.
  4. Manage and lead projects related to improving the care experience.
  5. Monitor member feedback and use it to drive changes.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the best possible care experience.
  7. Ensure that all care experience initiatives are compliant with relevant regulations and laws.
  8. Educate staff on new care experience initiatives.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to further the care experience.
  10. Analyze and report on the impact of care experience initiatives.
