  10. Represent the organization in meetings and conferences related to claims processing.
  11. Handle escalated or complex claims issues and provide resolutions.
  12. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Finance.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Claims Management, Preferably In A National Or Multi-State Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Healthcare Claims, Including Hipaa, Erisa, And Medicare/Medicaid.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Identify Trends And Develop Strategies For Claims Improvement.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Information To Stakeholders.
