- Act as a subject matter expert and resource for the team.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Finance.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Claims Management, Preferably In A National Or Multi-State Setting.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Healthcare Claims, Including Hipaa, Erisa, And Medicare/Medicaid.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Identify Trends And Develop Strategies For Claims Improvement.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Information To Stakeholders.
