  1. Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to leadership on improving financial performance and sustainability within the healthcare industry.
  2. Lead and manage projects within the Pathfinder Program, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes in line with organizational goals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and clinical teams, to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive impactful change.
  4. Utilize strong project management skills to develop project plans, track progress, and effectively communicate updates and results to stakeholders.
  5. Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends, best practices, and potential opportunities for growth and improvement.
  6. Develop and deliver presentations to various levels of leadership to communicate project updates, recommendations, and results.
  7. Utilize strong consulting skills to build relationships with stakeholders, understand their needs, and provide strategic recommendations to improve processes and drive efficiency.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert in finance, project management, and consulting to support and advise other teams within the organization.
  9. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulations, policies, and trends, to inform decision-making and project planning.
  10. Actively participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis And Reporting.

  • Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Previous Experience In Consulting Or Internal Consulting Roles.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
