  1. Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with Kaiser Permanente's high standards of quality and safety.
  2. Review construction plans and specifications to identify any potential issues or discrepancies.
  3. Communicate and coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of construction projects.
  4. Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to project managers.
  5. Identify and report any safety hazards or violations to the appropriate parties.
  6. Conduct on-site quality control checks to ensure materials and workmanship meet established standards.
  7. Document and maintain accurate records of all inspections, reports, and correspondence.
  8. Communicate findings and recommendations to project managers and other relevant parties.
  9. Stay up-to-date on all relevant regulations and codes to ensure compliance.
  10. Attend meetings and participate in discussions related to construction projects.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Kaiser Permanente in a positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Construction Inspection, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Hospital Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes And Regulations, Including Ada, Nfpa, And Osha Standards.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Contractors, Project Managers, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Familiarity With Project Management Software And The Ability To Read And Interpret Construction Plans And Specifications.
