- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines for conducting clinical trials.
- Monitor and track study progress, including enrollment, data collection, and participant follow-up.

- Collect, organize, and maintain study data in accordance with established protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with the preparation of study reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in study data and address them in a timely manner.
- Participate in training and professional development activities to stay current on best practices in clinical trials research.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of study protocols and procedures.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and privacy guidelines when handling sensitive participant information.
- Support the dissemination of study findings and participate in the publication of research results.
- Collaborate with other departments and institutions to facilitate the efficient and effective conduct of clinical trials.
- Act as a representative of Kaiser Permanente and uphold the organization's values and standards of excellence in all interactions related to clinical research.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Nursing, Biology, Or Public Health.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For Conducting Clinical Trials, Such As Fda Regulations And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Standards.
Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
Experience With Electronic Data Capture Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Programs.
