In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical staffing and payroll processes, while also managing the implementation of our new PHR system.   1. Manage and oversee all aspects of clinical staffing and payroll processes within the organization.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and accurate clinical staffing and payroll operations.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to identify staffing needs and create staffing plans accordingly.
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to clinical staffing and payroll.
  5. Monitor and analyze staffing and payroll data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and external staffing agencies.
  7. Serve as the main point of contact for any issues or concerns related to clinical staffing and payroll.
  8. Oversee the implementation of the new PHR system, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations.
  9. Coordinate training and support for staff on the new PHR system.
  10. Troubleshoot any technical issues related to the PHR system and work with IT to resolve them.
  11. Communicate updates and changes regarding clinical staffing, payroll, and the PHR system to relevant stakeholders.
  12. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to clinical staffing, payroll, and PHR systems.
  14. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  15. Lead and manage project teams to achieve project goals and timelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Certified Professional In Human Resources (Phr) Or Similar Certification.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Clinical Staffing And Payroll Processes And Systems.

  • Experience With Kaiser Permanente Policies, Procedures, And Systems Is Preferred.
