  1. Oversee the delivery of high-quality care to patients in the Home Health Hospice division.
  2. Ensure all care provided is patient-centered and meets the highest standards of quality.
  3. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment for the healthcare team.
  4. Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless and efficient care delivery.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall functioning and efficiency of the Home Health Hospice division.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and ensure confidentiality is maintained.
  9. Participate in the hiring and training of new staff members.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staff.
  11. Address and resolve any patient or staff concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies related to hospice care.
  13. Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner to patients, families, and external stakeholders.
  14. Collaborate with other leaders and departments to develop and implement organization-wide initiatives and goals.
  15. Adhere to all relevant legal, ethical, and professional standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Rn License In The State Of Employment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Home Health Or Hospice Care.

  • Previous Supervisory Or Management Experience In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Medicare And Medicaid Regulations And Reimbursement Guidelines For Home Health And Hospice Services.
