Clinical Laboratory Scientist

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. The ideal candidate will have an excellent technical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain the highest standards of laboratory safety and accuracy.If you have a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field, plus at least one year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, we would love to have you join our team. Responsibilities:

-Perform accurate and timely analyses of body fluids, cells, and other substances to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases -Maintain the highest standards of laboratory safety and accuracy -Follow laboratory protocols and procedure manuals -Keep up to date with the latest developments in the field and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations -Ensure accuracy and integrity of laboratory results -Monitor quality control programs to ensure accuracy of results -Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems -Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies -Document test results and any issues in the electronic medical record -Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care -Perform other duties as assigned
