  1. Provide high-quality and compassionate patient care in the OB/GYN department.
  2. Collaborate with the OB/GYN team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
  3. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians.
  4. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician.
  5. Educate patients on their healthcare needs, treatment plans, and medications.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  7. Assist with patient examinations and procedures.
  8. Prepare and maintain exam rooms and equipment for patient use.
  9. Provide support and guidance to patients and their families.
  10. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
  12. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  13. Attend regular training and educational programs to stay updated on the latest developments in OB/GYN nursing.
  14. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
  15. Comply with all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures.
  16. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  17. Handle any emergency situations in a calm and efficient manner.
  18. Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and professional growth.
  19. Represent Kaiser Permanente in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current And Valid Rn License In The State Of Practice.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In Ob/Gyn Nursing.

  • Knowledge Of Women's Health And Reproductive Health Issues.

  • Experience With Electronic Medical Records And Proficiency In Computer Skills.
