  1. Provide expert care to patients in the Obstetrics and Gynecology department.
  2. Support and guide women through all stages of their reproductive health journey.

  4. Stay up-to-date with advancements in women's health care and apply best practices in treatment.
  5. Assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of obstetric and gynecological conditions.
  6. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans for patients.
  7. Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients about their conditions and treatments.
  8. Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with clinic protocols.
  9. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  10. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
  11. Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
  12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain the highest standards of patient care.
  13. Mentor and train new nurses and students in the department.
  14. Adhere to all Kaiser Permanente policies and procedures.
  15. Continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field

  • Current Rn License In The State Of Employment

  • Bls And Acls Certifications
