- Administer Anesthesia: The CRNA will be responsible for administering anesthesia to patients in a safe and effective manner, following all protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor Patients: The CRNA will be responsible for closely monitoring patients before, during, and after anesthesia administration, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: The CRNA will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses, to create an effective and comprehensive care plan for each patient.
- Assess Patients: The CRNA will be responsible for conducting thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate anesthesia dosage and type, taking into consideration medical history, current medications, and other relevant factors.
- Educate Patients: The CRNA will educate patients on the anesthesia process, potential risks and side effects, and post-anesthesia care instructions.

Advanced Degree In Nursing: A Crna At Kaiser Permanente Must Hold A Master's Or Doctorate Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.
Active Licensure And Certification: The Candidate Must Have A Current And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Where They Will Be Practicing, As Well As Certification From The National Board Of Certification And Recertification For Nurse Anesthetists (Nbcrna).
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience: Kaiser Permanente Requires A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Crna In A Clinical Setting, Preferably With Experience In A Hospital Or Surgical Setting.
Strong Clinical And Technical Skills: A Crna At Kaiser Permanente Must Possess Strong Clinical And Technical Skills, Including The Ability To Administer And Monitor Anesthesia, Interpret Patient Data, And Respond To Emergencies.
Team Player: As Part Of A Healthcare Team, A Crna At Kaiser Permanente Must Be A Team Player, Able To Communicate Effectively With Other Healthcare Professionals, Collaborate On Patient Care, And Work Together To Provide The Best Possible Outcomes For Patients.
