Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities:

1. Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and transferring.
2. Observe patients to detect any changes in their physical or emotional condition.
3. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and family members.
4. Record patient vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
5. Perform basic care procedures, such as changing dressings and administering treatments.
6. Assist with range of motion exercises and other physical therapy techniques.
7. Help to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
8. Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
9. Maintain patient records, such as medical histories and reports.
10. Communicate patient status to the nursing team.
