
Central Service Technician

Responsibilities:
- Decontaminate, clean, and sterilize medical instruments and equipment according to established protocols and regulations.
- Monitor and document all sterilization processes.
- Maintain and troubleshoot sterilization equipment.
- Ensure adequate inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to established safety and infection control protocols.
- Monitor and document instrument repair and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records and logs.
- Work effectively with other departments and healthcare professionals.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on proper instrument handling, sterilization, and maintenance.
- Participate in interdepartmental quality improvement initiatives.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent
