  1. Manage appointment scheduling for imaging services, including coordinating with patients and healthcare providers to find convenient and timely slots.
  2. Greet and check in patients upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  3. Collect payments for services rendered and accurately record all transactions.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized records of patient appointments, payments, and other relevant information.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
