  1. Assist members with the enrollment process and provide guidance and support in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all enrollment information entered into the system.
  3. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
  4. Work closely with a diverse group of individuals and provide exceptional customer service.
  5. Communicate effectively with members, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  6. Stay updated on healthcare policies and procedures to accurately answer member inquiries.
  7. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any enrollment issues.
  8. Meet performance metrics for call handling, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  9. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling challenging situations.
  10. Prioritize and manage high call volumes to meet the needs of our members.
  11. Follow established protocols and guidelines for handling member inquiries and concerns.
  12. Act as a resource for members and provide information about healthcare plans and benefits.
  13. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the member experience.
  14. Adhere to all compliance and regulatory guidelines while performing job duties.
  15. Attend training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  16. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless enrollment process for members.
  17. Flexibility to work on-call or call-in shifts as needed.
  18. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  19. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.

  • Flexibility And Availability: As A Call-In/On-Call Enrollment Specialist, The Candidate Must Be Available To Work On A Flexible Schedule, Including Weekends And Evenings. This Role May Also Require Being On-Call For Emergency Situations, So The Candidate Must Be Able To Adjust Their Schedule Accordingly.
