  1. Provide exceptional customer service to Kaiser Permanente members by assisting with enrollment and answering any questions or concerns they may have.
  2. Utilize strong communication skills to interact with members, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals in a professional and empathetic manner.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of Kaiser Permanente's enrollment policies and procedures to accurately and efficiently assist members with the enrollment process.
  4. Ensure all member information is entered accurately and in a timely manner into the company's database systems.
  5. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive member information.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the enrollment experience for members.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry changes and updates related to healthcare enrollment, and effectively communicate these updates to members.
  8. Provide support to other departments and team members as needed to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
  9. Prioritize and manage a high volume of calls and tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail.
  10. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting performance goals and targets set by the company.
  11. Exhibit a strong understanding of the company's values and mission to positively represent Kaiser Permanente to members and the community.
  12. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve knowledge and skills related to the position.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and dress code requirements.
  14. Handle difficult or escalated member situations with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on finding a resolution.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Or Human Resources.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Enrollment Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information And Interact With A Diverse Range Of Individuals.

  • Proficiency In Computer Systems And Databases, With The Ability To Quickly Learn And Navigate New Software And Programs.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Policies, Particularly Related To Enrollment And Insurance Plans.
