  1. Serve as the first point of contact for members seeking enrollment and eligibility information.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Assist members with the enrollment process, including completing necessary paperwork and verifying eligibility.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of all healthcare plans offered by Kaiser Permanente.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a seamless enrollment process for members.
  6. Accurately input and maintain member enrollment data in the organization's database.
  7. Proactively identify and troubleshoot enrollment issues and provide timely resolutions.
  8. Educate members on their healthcare benefits and assist them in making informed decisions about their coverage.
  9. Maintain confidentiality of member information and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the member experience.
  11. Attend training and development sessions to stay updated on changes in policies, procedures, and healthcare plans.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Kaiser Permanente to members.
  13. Handle escalated member concerns and complaints with empathy and de-escalation techniques.
  14. Follow up with members to ensure their enrollment process is complete and address any outstanding issues.
  15. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including those related to customer service and confidentiality.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills.
