Job Description

  1. Maintain and optimize medical imaging equipment to ensure high-quality patient care.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with medical imaging equipment.
  3. Perform regular inspections and maintenance on all medical imaging equipment.
  4. Develop and implement new procedures and protocols for maintaining and calibrating equipment.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in medical imaging technology and make recommendations for equipment upgrades.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that medical imaging equipment is meeting the needs of patients and staff.
  7. Train and educate staff on proper use and maintenance of medical imaging equipment.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols related to medical imaging equipment.
  9. Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  10. Conduct research and analysis to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of medical imaging equipment.
  11. Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may affect the accuracy and quality of medical imaging results.
  12. Participate in meetings and discussions to provide input on equipment needs and requirements.
  13. Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and supplies.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes related to medical imaging equipment maintenance and optimization.
  15. Act as a resource for team members and other departments regarding medical imaging equipment and technology.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Medical Imaging.

  • Experience In Designing, Developing, And Testing Medical Imaging Equipment And Software.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Imaging Techniques Such As Mri, Ct, And Ultrasound.

  • Familiarity With Fda Regulations And Quality Control Standards For Medical Devices.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues In A Timely Manner.
