In this role, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential threats to our organization and our patients. As a Security Consultant, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in behavioral threat management to ensure the safety and security of our facilities and staff.   1. Conduct thorough assessments of potential threats to the organization and patients.
  2. Utilize expertise in behavioral threat management to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  3. Collaborate with team members and other departments to develop and implement security protocols.
  4. Monitor and analyze security data to identify patterns and trends.
  5. Make recommendations for improvements to security policies and procedures.
  6. Act as a liaison between the organization and law enforcement agencies.
  7. Conduct training and educational sessions for staff on threat identification and response.
  8. Respond to and investigate security incidents, providing timely and accurate reporting.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in behavioral threat management.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  11. Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  12. Stay current on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with security standards.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with external security partners and vendors.
  14. Participate in emergency preparedness and response planning.
  15. Serve as a role model for ethical and professional behavior.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Psychology, Criminology, Or Security Management.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Threat Assessment And Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Corporate Setting.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Behavioral Threat Assessment And Management Concepts, Including Risk Assessment, Case Management, And Intervention Strategies.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Stakeholders Including Law Enforcement, Hr, And Mental Health Professionals.

  • Certification In Threat Assessment Or Related Fields, Such As Certified Threat Manager (Ctm) Or Certified Protection Professional (Cpp), Is Preferred.
