- Conduct thorough assessments of potential threats to the organization and patients.
- Utilize expertise in behavioral threat management to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to develop and implement security protocols.
- Monitor and analyze security data to identify patterns and trends.
- Make recommendations for improvements to security policies and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and law enforcement agencies.
- Conduct training and educational sessions for staff on threat identification and response.
- Respond to and investigate security incidents, providing timely and accurate reporting.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in behavioral threat management.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

- Develop and maintain relationships with external security partners and vendors.
- Participate in emergency preparedness and response planning.

Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Psychology, Criminology, Or Security Management.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Threat Assessment And Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Corporate Setting.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Behavioral Threat Assessment And Management Concepts, Including Risk Assessment, Case Management, And Intervention Strategies.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Stakeholders Including Law Enforcement, Hr, And Mental Health Professionals.
Certification In Threat Assessment Or Related Fields, Such As Certified Threat Manager (Ctm) Or Certified Protection Professional (Cpp), Is Preferred.
