- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health and develop individualized treatment goals.
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress towards treatment goals, making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on mental health topics and resources.
- Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in behavioral medicine.
- Advocate for patients and their mental health needs within the healthcare organization.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient care and treatment plans.
- Represent the healthcare organization in a positive and professional manner.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Doctoral Degree In Behavioral Medicine Or A Related Field Such As Psychology Or Social Work.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Multidisciplinary Team.
Strong Knowledge And Experience In Evidence-Based Interventions For Managing Chronic Illnesses, Pain, And Behavioral Health Conditions.
Ability To Conduct Comprehensive Biopsychosocial Assessments And Develop Individualized Treatment Plans.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
