  1. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for patients with mental health concerns, utilizing evidence-based techniques and interventions.
  2. Develop and implement treatment plans based on thorough assessments of patients' needs and goals.
  3. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
  4. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting progress and any changes in treatment plans.
  5. Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
  6. Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in the field of behavioral health to continuously improve treatment methods.
  7. Advocate for patients and their mental health needs within the healthcare system.
  8. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  9. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and other professional development activities.
  10. Continuously assess and monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  11. Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and their families to build trust and rapport.
  12. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of patient care.
  13. Serve as a resource and mentor for less experienced therapists and staff.
  14. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of behavioral health services.
  15. Embrace a diverse and inclusive approach to patient care and demonstrate cultural competency in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Counseling, Psychology, Or Social Work From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Providing Therapy Or Counseling Services In A Behavioral Health Setting.

  • State Licensure As A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw), Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist (Lmft), Or Licensed Professional Counselor (Lpc).

  • Knowledge And Experience With Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities For Various Mental Health Conditions.

  • Ability To Collaborate And Work Effectively With A Multidisciplinary Team, Including Physicians And Other Healthcare Professionals, To Provide Comprehensive Care To Patients.
