Your expertise and empathy will play a crucial role in helping our patients achieve optimal mental and emotional well-being.To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, as well as a valid license to practice in the state. You should also have at least 2 years of experience providing behavioral health services in a healthcare setting.   1. Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients experiencing mental health challenges.
  2. Collaborate with primary care providers to deliver evidence-based interventions and support to patients with behavioral health needs.
  3. Utilize expertise and empathy to support patients in achieving optimal mental and emotional well-being.
  4. Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with mental health concerns.
  5. Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to patients as needed.
  6. Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  7. Educate patients on mental health issues, coping strategies, and resources available to them.
  8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
  9. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice.
  10. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide integrated and coordinated care to patients.
  11. Attend regular team meetings and participate in case conferences to discuss patient treatment plans.
  12. Keep up to date with current research and best practices in the field of behavioral health.
  13. Maintain a valid license to practice in the state and adhere to all licensing requirements.
  14. Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in urgent or emergency situations.
  15. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  16. Foster a positive and supportive work environment for patients, colleagues, and team members.
  17. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations set forth by the organization.
  18. Act as an advocate for patients and their families in navigating the healthcare system.
  19. Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of patients at all times.
  20. Demonstrate a commitment to providing culturally competent care to patients from diverse backgrounds.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In A Mental Health Field Such As Psychology, Social Work, Or Counseling.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Clinical Experience Working In A Behavioral Health Setting.

  • Valid State Licensure As A Mental Health Provider (E.g. Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Psychologist).

  • Knowledge And Proficiency In Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities For Common Mental Health Conditions (E.g. Cbt, Dbt, Trauma-Informed Care).

  • Experience In Collaborating With A Multidisciplinary Team And Providing Consultation Services To Primary Care Providers.
