Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Audiologist, Dispensing to join the Kaiser Permanente team. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a patient-centered approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others. The successful candidate must have a Doctoral degree in Audiology, be licensed to practice Audiology in the state of California, and have a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical audiology setting. If you have the qualifications, passion, and commitment to help our members achieve better hearing health, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive audiological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to Kaiser Permanente members, including hearing aid dispensing.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records documenting all services provided.
  3. Educate and counsel patients and their families on hearing health topics.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to provide comprehensive and integrated care for patients.
  5. Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided.
  6. Utilize current evidence-based practices to provide the highest standard of patient care.
  7. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing the practice of audiology.
