Your expertise in diagnosing and treating hearing and balance disorders will play a vital role in improving the lives of our members.We are seeking a highly qualified Audiologist with a Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree and current state licensure.   • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' hearing and balance abilities
  • Diagnose and treat various hearing and balance disorders
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Educate patients and their families on hearing health and management strategies
  • Perform hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and adjustments
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in audiology and incorporate them into practice
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in departmental and organizational meetings and trainings
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
  • Adhere to Kaiser Permanente's mission, values, and policies
  • Continuously strive to improve processes and outcomes to enhance the overall patient experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Or Doctoral Degree In Audiology From An Accredited University.

  • State Licensure And Certification From The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (Asha).

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In Audiology, Preferably In A Medical Setting.

  • Proficiency In Conducting Diagnostic Evaluations And Developing Treatment Plans For Patients Of All Ages.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
