  2. Diagnose and treat various hearing and balance disorders.
  3. Develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care for patients.
  5. Stay up-to-date with current research and advancements in audiology to provide the best possible care.
  6. Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and technology to perform evaluations and treatments.
  7. Educate patients and their families on their condition and treatment options.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  9. Monitor and track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  10. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in audiology practice.
  11. Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
  12. Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.
  13. Stay current on insurance and billing procedures.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  16. Adhere to all Kaiser Permanente policies and procedures.
  17. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
  18. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  19. Represent Kaiser Permanente in a professional and positive manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Doctoral Degree (Au.d.) In Audiology From An Accredited University

  • Certification From The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (Asha)

  • State Licensure As An Audiologist

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In Audiology

  • Experience With Diagnostic Evaluations, Hearing Aid Fittings, And Counseling Patients On Hearing Loss Management.
