1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' hearing and balance, including interpretation of results and diagnosis of disorders.

6. Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation, adhering to all privacy and confidentiality regulations.
7. Stay current on industry developments, best practices, and new technologies in audiology to continuously improve patient care.
8. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
9. Foster a positive and welcoming environment for patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions with empathy and professionalism.
10. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in the practice of audiology, including following all Kaiser Permanente policies and procedures.
11. Attend and actively participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
